Doc Band Stickers offers a few delivery options upon checkout. Options from both USPS and UPS including standard and overnight shipping. You will receive an email on each part of your checkout, and when your order has shipped.

    DocBandStickers.com delivers to the entire U.S. and Canada.

    Will I have to pay customs duties?

    If your delivery address is outside the United States you may have to pay import tax or duties. These fees are added once your shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for your items to clear customs. Custom policies vary form country to country Doc Band Stickers recommends you contact your local customs office for additional information. Also, items shipping out of the Untied States may be subject to inspections buy custom authorities.

    How long will delivery take?

    Doc Band Stickers always tries to ship items the same business day as the order. This is true unless you are ordering a custom item that is not in stock or an in-stock item that needs a custom logo etc. added. These custom items will have a note in the description about the item not shipping the same day. Most items will be delivered USPS within 3-4 business days of being shipped in the United States and a day or so longer in Canada. We also have USPS and UPS 1- and 2-Day Shipping.

    What if my delivery is late?

    If your delivery arrives later then time indicted please contact us. Delivery time from the carries are only approximate and Doc Band Stickers is not liable for any delay in delivery of the shipment for any reason. Please allow an additional 3 days before contacting us. Once you receive the shipping email with tracking number the order goes out to the appropriate carrier.
    For shipments our of the United Stated as stated above in the pay customs duties your shipment may be delayed by customs, or waiting any duties or fees before delivery to your address.

    What if my delivery is damaged?

    If your products arrive damaged please contact us immediately. Doc Band Stickers will do its best to package all your items and ship them the best way possible to avoid this matter. We cannot be responsible for any carrier mistakes or damage to the items. In the cast of the carrier damaging your product contact them immediately upon delivery. USPS and UPS both have insurance up to $100.

    What if there is and Error in my order?

    We take great pride to make sure every order leaves our warehouse complete and correct. However, we are human and an occasional mistake may happen. If there is a mistake contact us within seven days of delivery.  We will set up a return (RMA) for the incorrect items and when your RMA is received. See our Returns and Exchanges page for more details.
    If you choose to cancel an order due to delivery problems please refer to our Returns and Exchanges policy.

    Do you have free shipping?

    We often run free shipping specials on orders over a certain amount. If your order qualifies for free shipping, you will see this option when selecting your shipping options. You may also receive a free shipping code via email from time to time if you are signed up to receive emails from us.

    How do I track the progress of my order?

    You can check the progress of your order by logging into your account and going to the orders section. You can also reorder items or view your previous orders.

    How do I cancel my order?

    If you decide to change or cancel an order or just ordered the wrong sticker, contact DocBandStickers.com as soon as possible. Orders are usually packaged and shipped the same business day so they are not in the shop long. We will do our best to make any changes we can if contacted before your items are packaged and shipped. If items are already shipped, you will have to wait to receive the order and follow our return policy.
